Poncey-Highland Neighborhood Association (PHNA) first organized on dual beliefs that Poncey-Highland is one of the finest areas of our city for urban living, and that, when we work together, we can do great things for our neighborhood. We strongly affirm that every resident should have the opportunity to participate in the decision-making and governing policies that affect our community and our city.

Along with hosting monthly meetings, PHNA publishes a monthly email with meeting reminders, upcoming events, and updates. You can also connect with the community through the Residents of Poncey-Highland Facebook group, Instagram, and our Nextdoor Poncey-Highland Neighborhood forum.

The Association encourages all who live, work, and play in and around Poncey-Highland to get involved with PHNA.

Join Phna. It's Free!

Monthly Meetings

The third Wednesday of each month
7:00 pm in The Highland Inn Ballroom:
644 North Highland Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA 30306 (map)
Please check our calendar for departures from this schedule.

PHNA's monthly meetings are open to everyone. They're a great way to find out what’s happening in your community and learn of any changes that may affect Poncey-Highland and surrounding neighborhoods. It’s also a great way to meet your neighbors and make new friends!

At each meeting, committee reports are provided, land use zoning variances and requests are presented and voted upon, and applications licenses to sell and serve alcohol are reviewed. To vote on any issue that comes before PHNA, new members must have joined no fewer than 20 days before the vote takes place.
