Voting/Membership
Any resident (property owner or tenant), non-resident property owner, commercial property owner, or business owner is eligible to vote on all issues brought before the association except land use issues.
A resident (resident property owner or tenant) is eligible to vote on land use issues.
If you’re a resident and would like to vote on land use issues, ensure you are registered with photo ID that includes your home address (or if you’ve moved to the neighborhood recently, a current utility bill or similar will do the trick).
Request for Membership Form & Proof of Membership Eligibility
To comply with Article III of the By-Laws and be qualified to vote on neighborhood matters, all those eligible must submit a Request for Membership Form and Proof of Membership Eligibility annually.
