The PHNA is seeking creative talent to transform our traffic signal boxes into vibrant public art installations. We’re looking for bold, optimistic designs that capture the spirit of our neighborhood—where "Freedom runs through it."

Whether you prefer hand-painted installations or digital vinyl wraps, we want to see your interpretation of our local culture, history, and community energy.

The Opportunity:

•    Budget: $800 for hand-painted projects or a $250 design stipend for digital wraps.

•    Deadline: Concepts are due by August 31, 2026.

•    The Goal: Create public art that acts as a visual marker for our residents and visitors.
