Traffic Signal Box Art Initiative

The Poncey-Highland Neighborhood Association has been awarded a Community Impact Grant to cover Utility Signal Boxes in our neighborhood. PHNA is seeking artists to transform neighborhood traffic signal boxes into vibrant public art installations that reflect the identity, creativity, and spirit of Poncey-Highland. These boxes will serve as visual markers throughout the neighborhood, creating moments of beauty, recognition, and neighborhood pride for residents and visitors alike. This project is part of a broader effort to strengthen neighborhood identity, support local culture, encourage walkability, and create a more welcoming public environment.
